Last night at the annual Black & Gold Golf Outing Dinner it was a great pleasure to introduce Sean Gresh to Kavon Stewart.

Sean Gresh (former Br. Bernie Gresh), came to Hudson Catholic as the youngest (23 years young) DeLaSalle Christian Brother then known as Br. Bernard Gresh. Sean is the last living member of what was the community of six Brothers who founded the school in 1964. Sean Gresh ( former Br. Bernie Gresh) was the 1964 Freshman boys basketball coach who led our Hawk Freshman Basketball team to the City Championship that year. A amazing accomplishment for them all, in the school’s first year in existence. What an amazing accomplishment by Coach Gresh and our founding kids who became our “HC HALL OF FAME” Class of 1968! Kavon Stewart our current Varsity Boys Basketball Head Coach and a member of the HC Class of 2013 was delighted to meet Sean at last nights B&G Golf Dinner and Awards Ceremony. We hope that Kavon and Sean will continue the conversation well into the future of our wonderful school!
